General Manager

Stockley Materials is looking for a General Manager to join our team! We need a smart, hard-working individual interested in a company that offers the opportunity to grow over the long term, as well as a welcoming, friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with aggregate yards regarding material orders and scheduling of deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
• Analyze market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market.
• Ensures compliance with company control standards and procedures.
• Proactively communicates with coworkers.
• Promotes teamwork that increases productivity and efficiency.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in hardscape/landscape materials
• Profit driven – seeks ways to cut costs, improve efficiency and increase margins.
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Flexible availability to include possible weekends.
