Scalehouse Customer Service and Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Customer service duties for mulch and stone-yard customers
• Coordinating pickup and loading in the mulch and stone-yard
• Basic clerical tasks
• Following up with current customers by phone
• Assist sales in prospecting for new customers and making calls to prospective customers
• General assistance to retail, wholesale, and contractor sales staff
• Generating service tickets and delivery orders
• Handling cash, credit card, and on-account transactions

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and outgoing personality
• Cash handling expertise; good with numbers
• Customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

Education Required

• High school education with some level of study and/or experience thereafter
• Personality and attitude is as important as experience
